Surface Finishing
Cast parts leave the mould with gates, risers, burrs and a dull skin. Our cells cut, grind, sand and polish aluminum, zamak and brass parts to the same surface every time, part after part, while the operator loads from outside the cell, away from the blade, the belt and the dust.

01Degating and grinding
Gates and risers cut off on a circular saw and the cut ground clean on the belt, while the operator stays outside, away from the blade and the dust.

02Grinding and polishing
Belt grinding and polishing inside the cell, loaded from outside while the robot works. The same surface on every part.
What our finishing cells share
Dust, noise and the blade stay inside. The result stays the same.
Away from the blade and the dust
The saw, the belts and the wheel run inside a closed cell with reinforced windows. The dust goes to your extraction system or to our complete extraction and filtration package.
The same surface on every part
Compensated belt heads give way as the belt wears, so the pressure on the part stays the same. The robot tracks the wear of the polishing wheel, and paste is dosed automatically.
Loaded while it works
Drawers or a rotary table pass through the cell wall: the operator loads outside while the robot works inside, hours of parts in one load. A new part is a new nest plate and a recipe.
Send us your part
Every finishing cell starts with the part, the surface you need and the volume. Tell us about them, send us samples, and we will set up the right project with you.
