Assembly and Quality Control
From small components to complete sub-assemblies: a robot picks every part, joins it, a camera checks it, and the good parts leave in cartons or boxes with their record. Assembly, inspection and end-of-line packaging in one flow, on one platform, with one operator a shift.
Three machines, three parts
Each page shows a real machine at work, station by station. Hover over a picture to see it move.

01Final inspection and packaging
Brass fittings come in on trays and leave in cartons: the o-ring fitted, every part measured by camera, the rejects sorted out.
-

02Safety seal assembly
Ten seals in one body: two robots set the clips, the plugs are welded, every seal gets its own barcode and a camera checks it.
-

03Valve assembly and testing
A robot picks every part, checks the o-ring, joins the three components, drives two screws with torque control and leak-tests the valve.
What our assembly machines share
Different parts, the same principles.
Every part is checked
Our IROVISION software measures dimensions, finds surface defects, checks threads and presence, and reads codes back, through telecentric lenses where a tenth of a millimetre matters.
Every part is traceable
Torque values, test results, angles and times are recorded for each part, and a laser-marked code on the part ties them together. System Manager keeps the logs.
One operator a shift
Trays, drawers and feeders hold hours of parts: up to 50 trays of fittings on the final control machine, an eight-hour buffer of valve components on the valve machine.
What goes into these machines
Each machine is built around its part, from the same kit of stations and robots. The software that checks the part and keeps its record, IROVISION and System Manager, is our own.
Send us your part and your drawing
Every assembly machine starts with the parts, the checks you need and the volume. Tell us about them, send us samples, and we will set up the right project with you.
