Privacy and cookies
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The only time it learns anything about you is when you write to us. Here is the whole picture, in plain words.

In short
- We set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or social-media scripts. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- The site has no forms. Every "Email us" link opens your own email app.
- Our web server keeps the usual access log (IP address, time, page, browser) to keep the server secure and find faults, for 30 days.
- The videos page plays our YouTube videos in an embedded player. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
- We do not sell personal data, do not profile visitors and do not send marketing email.

Who is responsible

We are a Turkish company, so Turkish data protection law (Law No. 6698, the KVKK) applies to us; the notice that law requires is on its own page, Personal data notice (KVKK). We offer our systems to companies in the EU, the UK and North America, so the GDPR and the UK GDPR apply to what we do with visitors from there, and this page is written to meet them.
What the site collects by itself
Almost nothing. The pages are HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images and video, served from our own server in Gebze, Türkiye [to confirm]. The fonts come from the same server, not from Google Fonts. There is no analytics service, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no social-media plug-in, no chat widget and no A/B testing. The site does not fingerprint your browser.
The server log
Like every web server, ours writes one line per request into an access log: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the page you came from if your browser sends it, and your browser's name and version. We use the log to keep the server secure, to find faults and to see roughly how many people visit. It is kept for 30 days and then deleted. We do not combine it with anything else and do not try to work out who you are.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
When you email us
Every "Email us" link on this site is a plain mailto: link. It opens your own email app with the subject line filled in. Nothing goes to our server, and nothing is sent until you press send in your own app.
What you send us arrives in our mailbox at robsen@robsen.com.tr, which Microsoft hosts for us (Microsoft 365) in its data centres in the European Union [to confirm]. Usually that is your name, your email address, your company and role, your phone number, and what you write about your part, your machine and your plant, with drawings, photos or a short video of the station attached. Our engineers read it and use it to answer you, to check whether a robot pays off, to prepare a quote and, if a project follows, to run it. For service requests we use it to look after your installed system. For job applications we use your CV to assess your application.
Within Robsen, only the people who work on your request read what you send. We share it only where the work needs it: with a supplier when a quote needs their input, with the IT providers who run our systems, with our accountants and, when a matter needs it, our legal advisers, and with the authorities where the law requires it. We do not pass it on for anyone's marketing and we do not put you on a mailing list; we send no newsletter. If we ever want to send marketing email, we will ask you first.
Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a contract, and the contract itself (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5(2)(c)); our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries and keeping a record of them (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)); and, for the business records the law obliges us to keep, that obligation (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); KVKK Art. 5(2)(ç)).
Videos from YouTube
The videos page and some solution pages show our YouTube videos. The thumbnails are images on our own server, so opening the page sends nothing to Google. When you press play, the page loads YouTube's player from youtube-nocookie.com, Google's "privacy-enhanced mode". Google says that views in this mode do not influence what YouTube recommends to you and that any ads are not personalised.
From the moment the player loads, Google receives your IP address and technical details about your browser, and may store data in your browser under its own domain. What Google does with that is governed by Google's privacy policy , not by this page. If you would rather not load the player, do not press play: the same videos are on our YouTube channel , where YouTube's own terms apply.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Maps, to irocube.com (our product site) and to blog.robsenrobotics.com (our blog). Each of them has its own privacy terms, which apply once you are there. This page covers www.robsenrobotics.com only.
Where your data goes
We are in Türkiye. An email you send us is read here. Our mailboxes are hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365) in the European Union [to confirm], and the website runs on our own server in Türkiye. Türkiye is not covered by an EU adequacy decision; we can receive and answer your email because you chose to write to us and because we need it to take the steps you asked for (GDPR Art. 49(1)(b)).
Nothing else leaves: we use no CRM, mailing or analytics service that would receive your data.

Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how we use it. Write to robsen@robsen.com.tr with "Personal data request" as the subject, or to the address below. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm who you are.
- In the EU, the EEA and the UK: the GDPR and the UK GDPR give you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country. We have not appointed a representative in the EU under Article 27 of the GDPR: our processing of EU visitors' data is occasional and low-risk, and we are a company of sixteen people.

- In the United States and Canada: we do not sell or share personal information, do not track you across other sites and do not use your data for targeted advertising. You can ask us what we hold about you and have it deleted, as above.
Three more things
- Children. This site is for people who buy and run industrial equipment. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 16.
- Security. The site is served over HTTPS. Our mailboxes run on Microsoft 365, under Microsoft's security controls, and what you send is read only by the people at Robsen who work on your request.
- Changes. When the site changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top is the date of the last change.
