Special Machines
Some jobs have no machine in any catalogue. When your part needs its own, we design and build it on one platform: our mechanics, our electrics and our System Manager software, tested at our plant with your parts and commissioned in your line. It runs on its own with an operator, or in a line with robots.

Built around the part
A special machine starts with the part and its tolerance, not with a catalogue. A fixture per variant, and servo or hydraulic axes as the job needs.
Our own controls and software
System Manager on a touch screen: live status, OK or NOK for every part, and the logs. The same software that runs our robotic cells.
Alone or in a line
The same machine runs with an operator loading it, or with robots: two of our EQUALIZERs and six robots straighten castings in one line at a die caster’s plant.
