Hangi kişisel verileri işliyoruz, nasıl elde ediyoruz

Bu site üzerinden özel nitelikli kişisel veri (sağlık, din, biyometrik veri ve benzeri) işlemiyoruz; bize göndermemenizi rica ederiz. İstasyonunuzun fotoğraf veya videosunda kişiler görünüyorsa, onu yalnızca istasyonu anlamak için kullanırız.

İşleme amaçları

Yukarıdaki verileri şunlar için işleriz:

• sorunuzu yanıtlamak ve parçanız ile makineniz için bir robotun kendini amorti edip etmeyeceğini söylemek;
• fizibilite çalışması, tesis ziyareti ve simülasyon yapmak, teklif hazırlamak;
• sipariş ettiğiniz projeyi yürütmek: tasarım, imalat, fabrika kabul testi, kurulum ve devreye alma;
• kurulu sisteme servis ve destek vermek;
• iş ortaklığı önerisini değerlendirmek;
• iş başvurusunu değerlendirmek;
• web sitesini ve sunucuyu güvende tutmak, arızaları bulmak;
• ticaret ve vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği kayıtları tutmak;
• gerekirse bir hakkı tesis etmek, kullanmak veya savunmak.

Gönderdiklerinizi yalnızca bu amaçlarla kullanırız. Pazarlama için kullanmayız, profil çıkarmayız, satmayız.

Hukuki sebepler

Her amaç, Kanun'un 5. maddesinin 2. fıkrasındaki şartlardan birine dayanır:

Bu sitedeki hiçbir işlem açık rızanıza dayanmaz. İleride, örneğin bülten göndermek için rıza gerekirse bunu ayrıca sorarız; dilediğiniz zaman reddedebilir veya geri alabilirsiniz.

Kime ve neden aktarıyoruz

• Yurt içinde: teklif için gerektiğinde tedarikçiye; sistemlerimizi işleten IT sağlayıcılarına; kanunun gerektirdiği kayıtlar için mali müşavirimize ve gerektiğinde hukuk müşavirimize; kanun gerektirdiğinde resmi makamlara, mahkemelere ve kolluğa. Robsen içinde yalnızca talebiniz üzerinde çalışan kişiler görür.
• Yurt dışına: e-posta ve ofis dosyalarımız Microsoft (Microsoft 365) tarafından Avrupa Birliği'ndeki sunucularda barındırılır [to confirm]; bu aktarım Kanun'un 9. maddesindeki mekanizmaya dayanır. Bir YouTube videosunda oynat'a bastığınızda Google, talebiniz üzerine, IP adresinizi alır.

Başka bir yurt dışı aktarımı yoktur. Sitenin kendisi analitik, e-posta listesi veya CRM hizmeti kullanmaz.

Ne kadar saklıyoruz

Süre dolunca verileri Kanun'un 7. maddesi uyarınca sileriz, yok ederiz veya anonim hâle getiririz.

11. madde kapsamındaki haklarınız

Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca şu haklara sahipsiniz:

1. akişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme;
2. bişlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme;
3. cişlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme;
4. çyurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme;
5. deksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme;
6. eKanun'un 7. maddesindeki şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme;
7. f(d) ve (e) bentleri uyarınca yapılan işlemlerin, verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme;
8. gişlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme;
9. ğkişisel verilerinizin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Başvuru

Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca başvuru Türkçe yapılır ve şunları içerir:

• ad ve soyadınız; kâğıt üzerinde başvuruyorsanız imzanız;
• T.C. kimlik numaranız; Türk vatandaşı değilseniz uyruğunuz ve pasaport numaranız (varsa kimlik numaranız);
• tebligata esas yerleşim yeri veya iş yeri adresiniz;
• varsa e-posta adresiniz, telefon ve faks numaranız;
• talep konunuz.

Başvurunuzu şu yollardan biriyle gönderin:

• kâğıt üzerinde, imzalı olarak, Robsen Robot Entegrasyon Mühendislik Yazılım ve Makina Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Gebze OSB Mah., Kemal Nehrozoğlu Cad. No: 507/12, İç Kapı No: Z05, Gebze, Kocaeli, Türkiye adresine; kimliğinizle şahsen ya da noter aracılığıyla;
• kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) ile robsen@hs01.kep.tr adresine, ya da güvenli elektronik imza veya mobil imza ile imzalanmış e-posta ile;
• daha önce bizimle yazıştığınız e-posta adresinden robsen@robsen.com.tr adresine.

Başvuru formunu aç

Başvurunuzu ücretsiz olarak, en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde yazılı ya da e-posta ile yanıtlarız. Yanıt on sayfayı aşarsa veya bir kayıt ortamında gönderilmesi gerekirse Tebliğ'in izin verdiği ücreti alabiliriz. Başvurunuz reddedilirse, yanıtımız sizi tatmin etmezse ya da 30 gün içinde yanıt vermezsek, yanıtı öğrendiğiniz tarihten itibaren 30 gün ve her hâlde başvuru tarihinden itibaren 60 gün içinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.

Sicil (VERBİS)

Robsen Robotics, Veri Sorumluları Sicili'ne (VERBİS) kayıt yükümlülüğünden muaftır: çalışan sayısı 50'den az, yıllık mali bilanço toplamı Kurul'un belirlediği eşiğin altında ve ana faaliyeti özel nitelikli kişisel veri işlemek değildir.

This notice covers the website and the inquiries that come from it.

Which personal data we process, and how we obtain it

We do not process special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometric data and the like) through this site, and we ask you not to send any. If a photo or video of your station shows people, we use it only to understand the station.

Purposes

We process the data above to:

• answer your question and tell you whether a robot pays off for your part and machine;
• carry out a feasibility study, a plant visit and a simulation, and prepare a quote;
• run a project you order: design, build, factory acceptance test, installation and commissioning;
• provide service and support for an installed system;
• assess a partnership proposal;
• assess a job application;
• keep the website and the server secure, and find faults;
• keep the business records that commercial and tax law require;
• establish, exercise or defend a legal claim, if it comes to that.

We use what you send us for these purposes only. We do not use it for marketing, we do not build profiles and we do not sell it.

Legal bases

Each purpose rests on one of the conditions in Article 5(2) of the Law:

Nothing on this site relies on your explicit consent. If we ever need consent, for instance to send you a newsletter, we will ask for it separately, and you can refuse or withdraw it at any time.

To whom we transfer data, and why

• Within Türkiye: a supplier, when a quote needs their input; the IT providers who run our systems; our accountants, for the records the law requires, and our legal advisers when a matter needs it; and authorities, courts and law enforcement when the law requires it. Within Robsen, only the people who work on your request see it.
• Abroad: our email and office files are hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365), whose servers are in the European Union [to confirm]; this transfer rests on the mechanism in Article 9 of the Law. Google receives your IP address when you press play on a YouTube video, at your request.

We transfer nothing else abroad. The site itself uses no analytics, mailing or CRM service.

How long we keep it

When the period ends, we delete, destroy or anonymise the data under Article 7 of the Law.

Your rights under Article 11

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:

1. alearn whether your personal data is processed;
2. bif it is, request information about it;
3. clearn the purpose of the processing, and whether the data is used in line with that purpose;
4. çknow the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom it is transferred;
5. drequest the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
6. erequest its erasure or destruction, under the conditions in Article 7 of the Law;
7. frequest that a correction, erasure or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred;
8. gobject to a result that is to your detriment and arises from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems;
9. ğclaim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

How to apply

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, an application must be made in Turkish and must contain:

• your name and surname, and your signature if you apply on paper;
• your Turkish ID number or, if you are not a Turkish citizen, your nationality and passport number (and ID number, if you have one);
• your home or work address, for notification;
• your email address, phone and fax number, if you have them;
• what you ask for.

Send it in one of these ways:

• on paper, signed, to Robsen Robot Entegrasyon Mühendislik Yazılım ve Makina Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Gebze OSB Mah., Kemal Nehrozoğlu Cad. No: 507/12, İç Kapı No: Z05, Gebze, Kocaeli, Türkiye, in person with your ID, or through a notary;
• by registered electronic mail (KEP) to robsen@hs01.kep.tr, or by email signed with a secure electronic or mobile signature;
• by email to robsen@robsen.com.tr, from the email address you have used with us before.

The link below opens your email app with the fields above filled in, in Turkish, as the Communiqué requires. Complete it and send it from the address you have used with us.

Open the application form

We answer free of charge, as soon as we can and within 30 days at most, in writing or by email. If the answer runs to more than ten pages or has to be sent on a storage medium, we may charge the fee the Communiqué allows. If we reject your application, if our answer does not satisfy you, or if we do not answer within 30 days, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu) within 30 days of learning our answer and, in any case, within 60 days of your application.

Registry (VERBİS)

Robsen Robotics is exempt from registration in the Data Controllers' Registry (VERBİS): it has fewer than 50 employees, its annual balance sheet total is below the threshold set by the Board, and its main activity is not the processing of special categories of data.
