FINAL CONTROL AND PACKAGING MACHINE

Robsen Robotics has developed a compact final control and packaging machine allowing measurement and inspection of metal parts, o-ring assembly, and packaging into carton boxes.

This machine combines cartesian robots, STÄUBLI Robotics TS2-80 Scara robot, Opto Engineering‘s industrial cameras, part feeders, and irovision developed by Robsen Robotics. Remote access, machine monitoring, and smart diagnostics are the other features of the machine.

ROBOTICS CELL FOR TRANSFER MACHINES

Transfer machines are used in high-volume machining processes with minimal cycle times. To increase OEE in transfer lines, loading/unloading time is crucial. Our robotic systems for transfer lines help machining manufacturers to produce high-volumes cost-effectively. 

Our applications include feeding systems with circular and linear vibrations, machine vision based picking operations, re-gripping stations as well as different unloading modules. With this kind of variety, we can create complex automated cells.

Our machine vision technology, iRoPick 2D, makes it possible to pick complex geometries with any orientation accurately. Supported by AI, iRoPick 2D recognizes marks and logos on the parts. You can find more details in our Blog.

TRIMMING LINES FOR METAL PARTS

To remove flash on the brass and aluminum forged parts hydraulic trimming presses are used in forging plants. Our trimming line solution consists high performance rotary table press and complete robotic solution for tending the press. 

Trimming is dangerous operation for operators, our solution maximizes safety for the whole process.
